2 eggs

1 tbsp grated mature ginger

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 bowls leftover rice

1. 雞蛋去殼,拂成蛋漿。

2. 燒熱鑊下油1 湯匙, 下薑茸炒香, 傾入蛋漿炒至半凝固,推在鑊邊。下油1 湯匙,加入黃薑粉炒香,傾入白飯及鹽,全部材料炒勻至飯熱即成。

 

1. Shell eggs and whisk well.

2. Heat wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry ginger until fragrant. Pour in whisked egg and stir fry until half cooked. Put the eggs on the side of the wok. Pour in 1 tbsp of oil. Add turmeric powder and stir fry until fragrant. Put in rice and salt. Stir fry all ingredients until the rice is hot. Serve.
