南瓜半斤

雞肉4両

爛飯1碗

水1碗

 

1/2 catty pumpkin

4 taels chicken meat

1 bowl soft rice

1 bowl water

1. 南瓜去皮,去核後洗淨,小粒(較易熟)。

2. 雞肉洗淨後切粒。

3. 鍋內加入1碗水,煮滾後倒入南瓜粒。

4. 待南瓜變軟後加入雞肉粒,再待雞肉熟後才倒入爛飯,一同攪拌均勻後即成。


1. Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds and wash. Dice for easy cooking.

2. Wash and dice the chicken meat.

3. In a pot, bring 1 bowl of water to a boil, then add the pumpkin dices.

4. Add in chicken dices when the pumpkin dices softened. Pour in soft rice when the chicken is done. Stir well to serve.

寶寶長到10個月多,胃口愈來愈好,稀粥可能已經不能符合寶寶熱量需要。而這個階段寶寶可以吃較稠的爛飯,寶寶的吞嚥能力可以應付。

As 10-month-olds have a bigger appetite, thin congee may not be enough to cope with their calories consumption anymore. Babies at this stage should be able to swallow soft rice.

 

 

小貼士

寶寶到了8個月後開始要吃較稠的爛飯,因為隨著寶寶長大,必須提供較更高的
熱量。可把免治肉碎放入粥內,鼓勵寶寶咀嚼。

8-month-olds may start eating soft rice to take in more calories. Minced meat can be added into the congee to encourage chewing.
